Robert Allen
CEO
Robert leads a CAS team that is committed to integrity in operations while advancing technologies and providing solutions to our customers’ unique problems. He brings a long history of success delivering results for defense, airline, and private companies that ensures we have the executive leadership required to support our customers’ missions. Mr. Allen has served as CEO of Captiva Applied Solutions, LLC since 2014.

Stephen E. Mooradian
Director, Military Division
Stephen E. Mooradian, Call Sign “Morty”, brings a wealth of relevant experience to CAS including that of a fighter pilot engaged in worldwide tactical operations. He is a graduate of the US Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) and the USMC Aviation Weapons & Tactics School’s Instructor Course. Steve also served as Operations Director of the Atlantic Fleet Strike Weapons & Tactics School.
As a civilian, he has provided over a decade of engineering support to the USN’s Super Hornet Electro-Optical Program Office and operates as a Captain for a major U.S. airline flying the Boeing 737 aircraft. Mr. Mooradian has degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the US Naval Academy and Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.
